Do you do custom orders? Can you make a figure of me?
Currently, we don’t offer personal customization services. Due to the printing process, we are only able to accept 100 or more individual printing service items.
Do you ship worldwide?
We ship globally via SF International or other carriers with tracking (7–14 days). International orders may be subject to customs fees and duties. If you encounter issues placing an order, please contact us at zebrabrickcontact@gmail.com.

RETURN POLICY
Since our products are customized and made in small batches, we do not accept returns. All sales are final except in cases of defects. Exchanges are only permitted for errors caused by our operations. To request a resolution, all errors must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Claims submitted after this period will not be eligible for refunds or exchanges.
How do I track my package?
Your shipping confirmation email will include tracking information. It may take up to 24 hours for these numbers to be initially updated in each carrier’s tracking system.
